Dr. Carmen Saladino earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Florida. She has been practicing in the Tampa area for more than two decades and is committed to providing thoughtful, comprehensive care to the pets and families she serves. Dr. Saladino values preventive care and believes strong client relationships are essential to supporting long-term patient health.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys photography and spending time with her family, which includes her husband, two children, three cats, and a dog.

Dr. Elizabeth Fazio
Veterinarian
Dr. Elizabeth Fazio earned her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech before completing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and Master of Public Health at the Virginia–Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. She brings a diverse background to her work, with experience spanning research, exotics, and public health–related veterinary roles.
Dr. Fazio has a strong interest in acupuncture, alternative therapies, and surgery, and enjoys being part of her patients’ healing journeys. She is passionate about helping pets feel their best and supporting their families throughout the care process.
Originally from a small coastal town in Southern Maryland, Dr. Fazio now lives in Dunedin with her fiancé and their pets, including three dogs and a guinea pig. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time at the beach, visiting museums, hiking, exploring local markets, and discovering new places.

Veterinarian
Dr. Rosa Quinones-Viera earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Louisiana State University and has been practicing veterinary medicine in the Tampa Bay area and surrounding communities for more than three decades. She provides compassionate, attentive care to her patients and values building lasting relationships with the families she serves.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Quinones-Viera enjoys spending time with her husband and their pets. She is a proud pet parent of five dogs and one cat. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, crafting, and traveling.
